Smart Building
The building automation or “Smart Building” contemplates the control and global integration of all the installations of a building, in the same control system that allows infrastructure savings, conceptually each installation is divided into the Building Management System (BMS) and the Room Management System (RMS).
The main objective of building automation is to increase energy and maintenance efficiency to reduce building functionality costs, with savings of between 20% and 40% of the electricity bill, and with an amortization of between 2 and 3 years, in addition to facilitate the management of the building to increase the environmental quality, comfort and safety of the building.
